"The property was a beautiful old home home converted to a hotel and really well done, maintaining the original character. The (young) staff were eager to please, the chef was amazing and the meal was excellent. Charlottes is an excellent restaurant, a cut above any other in Strahan. Fine dining. Organisation of the business side could have been better, but didn't detract from the experience."
