No hot water at all. No soap in the basin area, kettle had parts missing, coffee cup was dirty, towels were grey in colour with fraying on the ends. Although a budget hotel room, I would still expect things to work and be clean and tidy.

No problems with arrival late as key in door. Tidy but very congested for 2 people. Heater too small for the cold. But in all no real issues. We loved Queenstown lots to do.

Had a rather old room upstairs but had everything we needed. We stayed 2nights, everything was closeby and handy. Motel was right in town, close to restaurants and IGA.

This place was ok. It's quite old and not great if you are unsteady on your feet ,as the old style shower is in the bath and was quite dangerous getting in and out.
