"Spacious. Beautifully coordinated. Kettle and tea and coffee. Clean and welcoming. Great help in getting a taxi to airport. One of the best budget places I have stayed in"
"A really good stay. Clean room. Staff were helpful. Whenever we needed anything they provided. Hotel is close to bus and train so easy access to get to places. Shops near by. Only thing the breakfast has not many options but then again there are shops near by which you can go. Overall its really good place to go and will recommend"
"Splendid breakfast buffet. Quiet, clean. The staff were really nice and helpful. Easy walking from there to historic centre sights.
The single bed was huge!"
"Staff were very welcoming and gave great advice on where to go and what to do. Easy parking, safe and secure. 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from bergamo."
"This newly opened hotel is beautiful. The rooms ate nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed and pillows. The bonus or air con, kettle, coffee, machine, free toiletries, hairdryer and a mini bar are all a huge plus. The breakfast is simple, super and just enough to set you up for the day. Irina on the reception desk is so friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. She helped make our stay run smoothy with tips for getting bus tickets and where to visit. We would return no problem! Thank you"
"Very well presented modern hotel, situated between two tram stops on the T1 Line. It appears construction of a stop outside the hotel is at an advanced stage, and that would be ideal. While waiting for our room we explored the Chorus Life facilities and had lunch at GNAM. This was a popular area with locals in the evening, even when there was not an official event at the Chorus stadium.
Our room was of a very decent size. The balcony was huge and the table and chairs looked a bit lost. The planting around the balcony edge provides a refuge for mosquitoes and we are both covered in bites.
The multitude of light switches is somewhat baffling, there are no English Language channels on the TV, although casting is possible and we did use YouTube music.
Breakfast was more than ample and never overcrowded despite the hotel being almost full.
We found travel to Citta Alta very easy via Tram and the 1/1A bus from the train station area."
"This is a really beautiful hotel, the staff are excellent as was the breakfast! This stay would have achieved five stars except for one thing. In the bedroom for tea and making facilities we have paper cups, and no milk on either day. For the price we paid, we would’ve expected China mugs or cup’s and saucers. Huge comfy bed and lovely bathroom with toiletries was an added bonus 😊"
