"This was the most run down Days Inn I have ever stayed in. The staff were fine, and the location and price could not be beat for our trip. I had to be across the street for surgery at 5:00am so luxury accommodations were not high on my list. Great for the value but not a place to take your family on vacation."
"I loved how clean the entire property was! The room was comfortable, staff was friendly, the gym had a decent variety of equipment, and there were several options for breakfast. Overall, we had a great stay!"
"The hotel’s main areas were nice. However, I was shocked at how run down the rooms were for the price we paid. Our main issue was being woken up about every 45 minutes to hotel guests talking in the halls and opening/shutting their doors. It finally quieted down around 3:30 am. I understand the hotel cannot make guests have respect for others, but the lack of insulation to keep the noise down was terrible. It sounds as if you left your door wide open to hear everything going on in the hall. Not only that but the doors themselves are LOUD! You can hear every time someone in your hall opens or shuts their door. Again, to the point it wakes everyone up. For paying over $300 a night, I would have hoped I could have gotten to actually sleep for the night. "
"Building was physically comfortable.
Staff that checked us in was nice.
Staff in the morning was miserable to my wife.
Wife went to the breakfast area at 6:30 a.m looking for a cup of coffee. There was none available, and when she inquired, was told others had drank it all already. She asked for another prepackaged, caffenated filter, to brew in the room, as she had already consumed the single one provided in the "all inclusive" room we were advertised. ( that was around two in the morning after waking up to feed our newborn, that she had the one cup provided the room.)
She was told, before the sun had risen, that no more coffee would be made and the staff didnt know anything about "coffee for the room". She was offered teabags instead and dismissed. Before the sun came up they refused to provide coffee to their guests. That guy was awful."
"I chose a 3 due to my stay! And with that let me just say the hotel itself is great… the rooms are great. The beds are comfortable. The property it good and well kept… my biggest issue with my stay was being woke up by the people who were staying in the next conjoining room, with loud music playing at 130 in the morning, these people were a complete nightmare…
Calls were made to the front desk and security was sent up to tell them to turn the music off. Well with that being said they did not turn it off they turned it down and the woman and the unexplained things that were going on in that room were down right just a nightmare, music, extra adult activities, the woman in that room would not stop being loud, I finally caved and called again at 3am and asked if they would move them rooms! And that wasn’t a option I was giving the opportunity to move at 3 am but why pack all my stuff up move rooms while I’m already trying to sleep, I felt they should have been forced to move or off the premises to be honest! Finally around 5 am the woman decided to stop talking long enough for me to finally fall asleep, and when I’m talking noise I’m not just talking about 2 people having conversations I’m talking, music, hearing banging noises, hearing a smacking sound, the list goes on and on… it was hands dow the worst experience I’ve had in a hotel! I chose this hotel because I’ve used the spa inside this hotel and I love the hotel itself! I should have been given a full refund for this…"
