"Checked in and out via OpenKey so no interaction with staff other than through text/messages. They were very helpful and informative! There are several restaurants in various price ranges at the Resort which is great if you do not want to leave to get food. "

"great parking, e z on off freeway. did not eat breakfast there. great bed, no bath kleenex 1/2 of lights in elevator not working, bathroom toilet seat fastener missing, sink water outlet locknut loose, mis aligned. some carpet debris along wall indicators of poor maintenance & housekeeping. would not stay again. Mentioned all to cleark at ck out, no comment from him. "

"PROS - easy check-in, free parking option, and free shuttle that covered basically all of downtown Tulsa. Rooms were large and nice finishes. CONS - spent time at the rooftop bar at night and for brunch. super slow service and very unattentive even though there was a ton of servers behind the bar. Also room had a nearly full kitchen setup but it seemed odd you had to have staff come unlock the fridge and no microwave. also had to cover the fridge with towels in order to sleep cause the light on it was so bright. All in all it was a good spot to stay for one night, but for $300 will look elsewhere next time"

"The pictures in the listing make this hotel look very nice but it's the complete opposite. When we arrived we had to wait 20+ minutes for the front desk lady to check us in. The entire time she was having side conversations on her phone. Once we arrived at our room, we were greated with roaches. Crawling over the walls and even in the toilet bowl. We couldn't enjoy snacks or food without them coming out. There is definitely an infestation of roaches at this hotel. Very upset about this. We let the front desk know and they didn't care. "
