The hotel’s location was nice. The lake view is very pretty. We chose the hotel because of the breakfast reviews, but found breakfast to be average at best. The restaurant inside was closed, and is only open during their busy season. Overall, the location was nice, but amenities were lacking.

Staybridge Suites Hot Springs by IHG
Room was nice, not having electricity on one side of the room was not, especially since it was a suite. Also, the hot water didn't work in the room where the electrical issue was. Talked to management and still waiting for e response. Stay was on 03/21-03/22/26

There were 2 downsides. The bed was terrable, hard as a brick. The pool was closed no swimming. One reason i stayed there was the pool and i had stayed in Gulfport MS at one and the bed was awesome. However the staff did bring a foam matttess the last night which was a little better. At least they ...

We did have a big challenge but once we called for assistance they were quick to respond. Did not eliminate problem but did control and make us feel more confident.

Arlington Resort Hotel and Spa
The rooms were not really clean and the walls had plaster coming off. They charge you a 50.00 incidental fee per day not just for your stay… and parking is $22 a day in a parking garage that has no lights and no stairs you have to walk down the ramp and hope the car will see you.
