"Excellent location at downtown. Just a step to free shuttle to hullo ferry terminal. Walkable at downtown. Oceanview room is a plus to our trip. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Check-in and out are smooth. Steps to ferry terminals to other islands. Evening view is incredible. Three restaurants on site. Definitely recommend to stay. Will come back for sure."

"The only issue we had was we were rushed at check out, housekeeping knocked on our door at 10:45 saying records indicated we had already checked out. As we were walking out the door the phone started ringing. This was a Monday morning, we’re sure it wasn’t that busy that the room needed to be straightened promptly at 11:00. "

"I loved this place, it was amazing, honestly! There was some damages to the walls when i got there and some patch work that needed painting. But i was so looking forward to a warm bath. And then i find the drains been broken. Other than that it was bad. Maybe a rug under the bed."
