"If I could give 10 stars for the Aqua hotel, I would. The staff was absolutely fantastic! The young man at the front desk went so far above and beyond in customer service. Even after we checked out of the hotel, we were several miles away and missed our bus to Zurich so we called to ask if he could call us another taxi. "Very nice hotel, located directly on the lake in front of a marina. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurant has a good selection of food and nice ambience. Good buffet style breakfast. We booked a superior double room and were instead given a magnificent 70 square meter, two bedroom suite on the top floor … a surprise upgrade.
