Erneuerungen im Hotel machen den Aufenthalt angenehm… das Konzept scheint jedoch nicht zu Ende gedacht bzw. noch nicht umgesetzt in Gänze. Eingangsbereich könnte ansprechender sein, dafür Zimmer mit Balkon und Frühstücksbuffet mit reichlich Auswahl. Freundlich zurückhaltendes Personal und fußläufig alles erreichbar. I feel some of the reception staff at this hotel though both the hotel and themselves were better than they were. Breakfast staff were lovely and obliging. Room looked dated. Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Schlafsofa gebucht, hätten dann aber eines ohne bekommen, dafür mit zwei Sessel.. Nachdem wir dies angemerkt haben, konnten wir beide Zimmer besichtigen und das, das uns besser passte, aussuchen. Das war wirklich sehr zuvirkommend. Leider war das Schlafsofa dann jedoch sehr klein und nicht wirklich wie ein Schlafsofa.. Im Zimmer war es extrem warm. Trotz Lüften kühlte es nicht wirklich ab. Es hat keine Klimaanlage. Es steht ein Turmventilator im Zimmer der jedoch nicht wirklich etwas nützte. Unser Zimmer hatte einen Balkon, dieser geht jedoch über die gesamte Haussseite und jedes Zimmer auf demselben Stockwerk und der gleichen Fassadenseite ist somit verbunden. Für uns erwas unangenehm, die Vorstellung, dass andere Hotelgäste jederzeit vir dem Zimmerfenster stehen hätten können. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Leider hatte es sehr viele Wespen, auch bei kaltem und nassem Wetter. Das Frühstück wurde so ziemlich unangenehm. Die Rezeption im 8. Stock ist eher eine kleine Arbeitsecke, die sich im Frühstücksraum befindet. Es ist alles sehr klein und eng. Die Lage ist super. Nahe beim See, beim Lago und gute Restaurants in der Umgebung. Angesichts der Hitze im Hotelzimmer würden wir jedoch nicht wieder hier übernachten, da es wirklich sehr unangenehm war.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, 2 Min. vom Bahnhof entfernt mitten in der Altstadt. Die Zimmer sind sauber, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen! Der Frühstücksraum und die angrenzende Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den Bodensee sind sehr schön. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!!
