"Very clean rooms, loved the pool and splash pad."

"one out of two elevators was OUT OF SERVICE for all 4 nights of our stay, not sure if it was on purpose to save some cost or they couldn't get anyone to repair the same. it caused a long wait time as our room was on 5th floor. breakfast was decent, but repetitive, only change in variety was in waffle which we loved. they could work on shuttle pick up time from universal theme parks, currently its 8.15pm, could be more like 9.15 or 9.30 pm."

"Do NOT stay at this property unless you just need it to be close to something you are attending and have no other good choices. If we would have known it was this bad, we would have driven further and just paid an Uber more to go to the event from our hotel. We got there 50 minutes earlier than the 3 PM check-in time and staff would absolutely not allow us to check in without a $25 early check in fee. Staff must have the flexibility to be able to make a common sense decision when the property was clearly not booked solid. Th beds in the rooms all had the old spring style supports all the way under the mattress and did nothing but squeak with every little movement waking the other person in the room if they were able to fall asleep at all. The property obviously is renting to some government subsidized families as we were on the 3rd floor and there were people/children stomping around all night above us on the 4th floor from 8 PM until after 1 AM in the morning and with no phone in the room, there is no way to ring the front desk to complain without walking down to the office and then all staff leave at 11 PM anyway and there is nobody there to complain to. Avoid this property and seek other options. The furniture in the room is very outdated and you can't even open some of the drawers on the dresser as it is off track and wedged in."

"Staff, cleanliness, food everything was great. This was my favorite place I stayed while there. And I stayed in other hotels. I was planning to move to Orlando. I just wasn’t able to use this hotel as an extended stay until I found me a place. Appreciate this hotel for giving me peace in knowing that there gonna take care of you in all aspects. This was my experience. "
