"From start to finish our experience was a DISAPPOINTMENT!!! On arrival we were allocated the rooms. However, we paid for an upgrade and staff did not know what that meant and specified all rooms were the same. We reverted back to our Expedia voucher to show what we had booked to be then informed the rooms were not available. We had to show the images on the website to show what we had booked. after some time we were then provided with the upgraded rooms we had paid for. Only one room was ready...

"We were so exited going to a wedding close by in a place called Rose Sultan (which is amazing), so we looked for a hotel close by with at least 4 stars. Please this is no joke, I hardly write bad reviews, but this is a scam, period. We took a suite, that had clogged sinks (both of them with hair showing. Toilet seat was loose.
