The location and proximity to the beach was the best. I stayed in an Ocean View room, just a few doors down from the beach access and it took just a minute to be in the sand. Everything was in bad shape, couch was unusable, sink faucet was broken, everything was cheap. Listening was a 1 bedroom but it was a studio, claimed was 800 sq feet but was only 500.
