"Stayed for 6 nights and everything was as advertised. Unit was very spacious, clean and well equipped. Loved the skylight in the bathroom! Parking was easy to find on the street. "My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. I appreciated being able to do my laundry easily with the machine in the garage and the estendal in the closet. It was very close to universidade do Açores, which we needed. But also close to other more tourist things like the seaside and the beautiful church. Really the only thing I didn’t like is the bathroom doesn’t have a fan for ventilation, but very small since you’re not in a bathroom for very long anyways."

"Property was very clean and beautiful. Staff was friendly, but not very helpful. I needed toilet paper for my room and they said they couldn’t give me any. They ended up sending a housekeeper up with some but it’s just the point that it was like pulling teeth to get some. Breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options. Hotel bar needs a better payment system, lots of family member’s meals and drinks ended up on our tab. At one point our tab was on some random person’s room number which we made sure to fix. Overall, our stay was pleasant, with some minor flaws."
