"The images of the hotel are deceptive and do not reflect reality whatsoever. I deeply regret my financial transaction and expect a full refund. The facilities are in disgraceful condition, the accommodation smelled of mold, there were rodent droppings on the balcony, and the premises are completely neglected. We were misled by the photos on the official website. My advice: Avoid this hotel at all costs!!!!!!""

"This place was above and beyond my expectations. The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking. The location is perfect for someone who wants a peaceful stay by the sea. The hosts Angelo and Angela are incredible. I called Angela my fairy godmother, there was absolutely nothing she couldn’t fix or help with. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back! Ευχαριστώ!"

"Rooms were clean and spacious, we stayed in a deluxe sea view at the front of the property. Lovely big balcony and king size bed. The rooms only have limited storage, this is the only thing that let it down. Breakfast was good, wit varieties for the cooked offering each day. We bever saw the pool cleaned during our six night stay, and the circulation pumps were not put on until late some days, the staff needed reminding to get the switched on."

Tzante Hotel Zakynthos - Adults Only

"The staff were amazing and the level of hospitality made me feel like family. We were however quite disappointed with our room. The electricity was constantly tripping, the hairdryer they provided was making it trip. And if you had too many lights on at once the electricity would shut down too. The AC was quite temperamental and there was one day our room was stuck at 30 degrees but we were told by a member of staff that it was still cool in our room (?). Also even though we stayed in the more modern, updated rooms the sink kept leaking and it smelt of sewage."

"This hotel was absolutely incredible. The thing that stood out to us the most was how kind, friendly and attentive the staff were. They helped us book taxis, rent a car & were more than happy to help with anything we needed. The hotel itself is quiet but not far from lots of atmosphere if that’s what you like! I would recommend this hotel to anyone, thank you so much Casteli!"

"Modern base with great staff, but mixed for families with older kids We spent 8 days here in early August as a family of four. Overall, the hotel offers modern comfort and friendly service, though several aspects could be improved for family stays. Rooms: Modern, spacious, and very accommodating with comfortable beds, great storage, and an excellent shower. Housekeeping was daily and pleasant, though floors needed more thorough hoovering. Nighttime noise was an issue, with younger guests below behaving inappropriately in private swim-up pools. Dining: The restaurant is clean and well laid out with attentive, polite staff. However, the buffet area feels small, food variety is limited, there is no dedicated kids' corner, child-friendly choices are minimal, and the snack bar needs more options. Location & Amenities: Excellent location close to the beach, shops, restaurants, and activities. The pool is nice but lacks waterslides, and there is no entertainment for kids aged 6+. Additionally, while the staff were welcoming, we experienced uncomfortable staring from some Eastern European guests towards our mixed-race family. A solid, clean hotel, but better dining variety, more activities for older children, and less nighttime disruption would improve the family experience."

"This was a great stay for the 5 days we spent in Zakynthos. It’s an easy walk to the beach and any shops/ small markets you may need on your way back. Theres also a shop right next to the hotel owned by a lovely couple. Only thing that was not smooth was the check in as we were made to wait over an hour even though there was a set check in time, which delayed our day. Aside from this the room was spacious and clean with a pool view balcony and the staff were helpful and were glad we chose this hotel. It is also a short walk from the main strip for those who are visiting for that, if you’re looking for nice bars as we did, I’d recommend going past the strip and onto the beach where you will find Hamsa and a few others that were great and open till late"
