"I booked this hotel for my daughter and her friend who wanted to extend their holiday in Zante. The hotel pictures looked suitable - I did not expect a 5 star hotel in a party resort full of young people! The reality of the accommodation did not reflect the pictures advertised by the hotel! The main building is fine but my daughter was stuck in an additional block of the hotel which was adjacent to the laundry room! "Karras Livin was perfect for what we needed. Room size was fine and location was great. Pool was occasionally a little dirty so we used the pool at the hotel sometimes. Staff friendly. Cleaner always came when we were sleeping so room was only cleaned once during two weeks. Would have liked some fresh towels/bin bags/toilet rolls left outside room as we had to fend for ourselves with these items Great stay overall and would return. "

"The villa is well kept and is not too far from the nearest town although you will need to rent some form of transport if you would like to go there often. The villa itself does not have a rooftop pool as shown in pictures and is not as secluded as it looks, the owner and her father also live next door metres away and will ban you from being in the pool at certain times and threaten to call the police if you play music late. This would be an ideal place to stay for older groups but I do not...

"Beds were super comfy ,good a/c but the cleaning needs doing mirrors tiles ect staff were amazing, disappointed by the pool which is working but was out of bounds and needs a good clean ,thr pool.at the main hotel was perfect but it would have been nice to use the one at our apartments in the other block "

"Every staff at this hotel is friendly and helpful especially the receptionists that made our holiday enjoyable and pleasant. I extremely appreciate the reception manager (Sira) that made our holiday very memorable. I want to commend all the staff for how much they made our experience very good and I would recommend others to book this hotel, the food was lovely,the service was top notch.If I were to come back to this area this hotel would be my first pick."

"I booked this hotel for my daughter and her friend who wanted to extend their holiday in Zante. The hotel pictures looked suitable - I did not expect a 5 star hotel in a party resort full of young people! The reality of the accommodation did not reflect the pictures advertised by the hotel! The main building is fine but my daughter was stuck in an additional block of the hotel which was adjacent to the laundry room! The ‘balcony’ looked out onto a garage forecourt which was on a busy road near the main strip (see pictures). Not only that, the girls were then asked to pay for air conditioning, which is advertised as included on the website. This is 10 Euros per night. The hotel refuse to switch it on unless you pay. The fridge in the room was also broken. It was only when I turned up at the hotel in person with my friend that we managed to get the fridge replaced and the aircon on (although still had to pay!). They seemed to take complaints more seriously from 50 year old adults than young people. I think the young people are taken advantage of because of their age and the fact that many of them are travelling alone or in small groups. I cannot fault Expedia at all, who very quickly resolved my complaint satisfactorily, but I do not recommend this hotel."
