"Shanti Samui was a perfect place to unwind. The staff is what made it such an unforgettable stay. They were so kind and helpful. We were just a short walk from the beach and some delicious restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the restaurant on the beach. The pool and the rooms were spotless and all surrounded by coconut palms. We were a group of 4 and all of us agree that we highly recommend Shanti Samui. You will love it!"

"You can’t go wrong with this hotel clean stylish great rooms all like the photos. Nice pool right on the seafront in a small bay. 300 that taxi into lamai but free bus down until 7pm. I didn’t try the local area as there were so many place in the main town. Reception staff were always lovely and welcoming"

"Phangka Paradise is definitely not the flashiest resort, that said the staff were amazing, really friendly and helpful. The food at the cafe was great and really reasonably priced. The pool was clean and we had it to ourselves every time we used it. The room was clean and the bedding crisp. Yes it could probably do with some renovations, but the view from your bed in the beach front villas was amazing and the air conditioner worked perfectly. "Room was beautiful and spacious. Loved the bathroom, the rainshower was great, double sinks made getting around an ease. The lighted mirror was helpful. Great amentities, the twice a day cleaning ensured you never needed anything The view was absolutely amazing. The pillows and bed were incredibly comfortable. Staff were very accommodating. "

"Lovely quiet resort and nice little pool. The beach is nice but you can’t really swim because of rocks but we just enjoyed pool time. It’s also just a couple of quid ride to the night market and all the eateries and stalls so a good little position. Food and drink nice at resort too. Our room was huge with a lounge and kitchen with little terrace and hanging chair - gorgeous! Staff were ALL so lovely :) "

Food at the restaurant in the resort was also very good although not many choices available. Highly recommended for an authentic Thai experience in a lovely family run resort immersed in nature, great for relaxing and chill out."
