Really great location and a nicely remodeled place. Could use modernized tv’s or other tech, and a warmer pool, but overall the price was great and I can tell the folks that own it take pride in their business. Cleanliness was top tier in rooms, lobby and pool as far as I could tell. Will absolutely stay here again.

We love staying here because of the people who manage and staff the hotel. They are so cooperative and will get things corrected if necessary, Rooms are large and the beds are very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

I booked three nights for over February vacation with two teenagers. I was not told that the pool was closed for maintenance until after we checked in. There was no refund offered, and although the staff was extremely nice, the hotel and rooms are a bit rundown, looking with an electrical outlet not working in our room and a weird smell coming from the heater/fan

The entire hotel has been neglected and running at minimal cost. The pool was closed with no intention of opening during our three night stay. Ice machines broken and coffee machine. Breakfast was minimal with no bagels, fruit, even bowls for cereals. The elevators inspection date was overdue almost one year. I asked multiple times to speak with the manager regarding the pool being closed since that was reason I booked there. We were multiple families with eight children between us. She was never around and never called me after I asked their front desk to contact me. I would not recommend and truthfully would never stay at a Best Western again.

Front desk staff was friendly, kind and attentive. Location was easy to find and ample parking. On the surface level everything looked clean, but fitted sheets on the bed had stains, the sheet on top of each bed had easy to spot stains. Toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner and lotions were squeezed empty and placed in the shower.

Quite a few issues with the hotel: - when I got to check-in, no one was there. I had to wait 10 minutes - the breakfast selection was not good - eggs were not fresh, oatmeal had ran out, only fruit was apple - there was an advertised pool but the hotel staff said there isn't a pool....

It was not mentioned when booking that there pool was closed from the state due to water quality issues. The bathrooms were not clean, there was hair in the shower and all over the floors in the bathroom and hairs in the sheets. For the money I paid it was not worth it.

This hotel is very nice. Lobby and rooms were very clean, modern and comfortable. Beds were comfortable and the towels full and fluffy. The only complaint I have was the breakfast. The eggs and sausage were unappealing . I would not even consider trying them.
