"Arrived at midnight after a long journey - the Receptionist and Hotel Manager were there to greet us with a warm welcome. The hotel is set in a quiet location which is just so relaxing! The staff are very friendly and welcoming, all the staff introduce themselves to you which we felt was a lovely personal touch which we haven't experienced before. The hotel is spotlessly clean. "Location was pretty good. Bus stop right outside helpful. Food generally good but could do with being hotter. À la carte restaurant was better. Maids need to clean rooms better, floors didn’t appear to be cleaned ! Water needs to be hotter too, tried showering at different times but made no difference ! Although all inclusive, mini bar limited (no wine) and only replenished every other day. Also bizarrely you had to pay extra for a bottle of water ! All spirits/wine were just local, premium...

"Beautiful hotel with very friendly and polite staff. The property was spotless and cleaning staff in evidence around the hotel throughout the day. Clean room with balcony and sea view. Wonderful shower although the cubicle itself was not particularly big. A large choice for breakfast, though the same choice available every day of our stay. Beautiful pool and bar area and cabanas on the beach. Very slippy rocks to gain entrance to the sea, a safer walkway would help. We really enjoyed our stay...

"The room was spotless, the staff were fantastic, the food was amazing, the beach view was decent. The beach is a short walk from the main resort area, you have to walk out of the resort, cross a small road and enter the beach. The beach was rocky and not smooth. The bars were great, staff paid attention to details."

"Beautifully spacious room right near the pool we couldn’t have wish for more. Very clean with extras provided although were not needed ie extra blankets, pillows. All the staff were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. "

"Reception staff and in ‘restaurant’ good. Animation shocking . But I know there is a reason I don’t do all inclusive and this reconfirmed. Food shocking, canteen like restaurant. I paid less than half price of this in pefkos and had breakfast and great service . The area around hotel not good. And the smell ! The rooms are nice but I wouldn’t be paid to stay there. Thank heavens it was only for one night. The old town is lovely with some great little bars / restaurants and only 24 minute walk....
