"Room had an odd odor. Staff super friendly and helpful! Noise from the room above was loud but not on purpose, just the movement was audible."

"Room was clean but a strange “clean” smell was there. Bleach or lemon or both. A bit overpowering. Staff were on the phone. Very pleasant and helpful. Air conditioning worked well. Parking easy and available. No ice available anywhere. Ice machine in the lobby was off. Bathroom sliding door didn’t shut at all. "

"I would of given this hotel a 5 star review but there was an ant problem in my room. I must of killed 8+ ants- on the wall, ON THE BEDBOARD and bedroom shower. When I called I was told someone would be right up. 30 minutes later I had to call again because I found another on in the bathroom I could not reached. I asked to move rooms but was told there was no more rooms available. I would of hoped someone would of called me in the morning or at least an email apologizing for my inconvenience, but all I got was a bill for the resort fee."

"When reporting high levels of noise at 2 AM, the hotel does nothing to address the issue."

"Front desk staff were amazing! I would stay here again simply because of the staff and cleanliness of the room. We did have 2 outlets by the bed not work which caused us to not charge our electronics correctly. "

"The HVAC units are a huge problem here. They’re mounted on plywood in each room and are terribly loud. Very difficult to sleep. You can hear them roaring in the hallways too. Many people were complaining and trying to find quieter rooms. HUGE issue if you want good sleep. "

"We loved staying here. Jim was very helpful, the bed was comfortable, and we were close to family. I would suggest the owner store personal items (personal toiletries, kitchen items, mail, ... in a owner's closet). The kitchen drawers need cleaned out and organized. Since we get a house so we can cook, measuring equipment would be helpful. Overall, I could not ask for a better place! We will definitely plan to stay there again. It is so comfortable both inside & outside and just what ee needed - it is so peaceful!!! You will enjoy your stay if you stay here! Thanks Jim!! "
