"We really enjoyed our stay at 'Forest Edge Hotel'. The location is charming with nature and beautiful views all around (I think all rooms have access to a balcony). It's far away enough from the main road that you don't hear any traffic. They also have a lovely pool. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. "This hotel was beautiful, but the road to get there may not be worth it. It eventually turns into a dirt road and it can be dangerous. It is a very long way up the mountain. The only way to get there is a tuktuk or scooter, but that still could be dangerous. Just know that it is a long way out of Kandy."
