One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Very good location in Nuwara Eliya. From check-in to check-out our stay was seamless.We are three friends who stayed for one night. In the morning we came down for a walk to find some food, but the staff greeted us saying they'd been waiting for us for breakfast, as it was included! And I'd forgotten something at breakfast, but when we came back from a morning walk they had it at the front desk and handed it to me. Everyone was so kind, would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Staff were amazing!! All glove service. Food was excellent. Rooms spacious and big. We were lucky enough to get attic room which was huge. Rooms were quite cold, but heating is available..Ask for an extra blanket
