"If you are visiting Dalian, this is a decent property. It is an older, classic 5 star hotel, so it kind of gives you that traditional, classy vibe. This hotel is near the Dalian mall, and is near the metro station. It is also closeby the Russian area and Zhongshan square. The only issues we had with the hotel is we felt the room, while very clean, was a bit old. The keycard failed three times. Overall it was a good stay and I was pretty happy with the hotel."

"The only claim I could detect to "International" was a clock on the reception wall purporting to display the time in New York. The staff had no English, French or German, refused to accept Amex and generally catered only for the Chinese. The bedroom carpet was disgusting, more stains than pattern.
