施設が少々古いです。 エグゼクティブルーム予約でエグゼクティブラウンジを使用して仕事などしようかとしましたが工事中で使用できませんでした。 工事中で使用不可は予約時に通知もなければ、チェックイン時にも説明がなく、部屋にも案内文がおいていなかったです。 エグゼクティブルームの32階に行ったら真っ暗…フロントに聞いたら使えないからとの一言で終わりました。 他の方も書き込んでいましたが、冷蔵庫が冷えないです。 普通の部屋タイプを予約すればよかったです。 2泊しましたが日本語が話せる職員がおらず、英語もコミュニケーションできないので、通訳アプリで会話しないといけませんでした。 フィットネスジムは設備は古いながらもウェイトトレーニングや有酸素運動のマシンが充実していました。
