①施設が古いせいもありますが部屋のクーラーがあまりきかない。 ②朝食会場のレストランスタッフの質が三つ星ホテル以下です。 ③午後8時を過ぎるとロビー横のカフェ店も閉まりコーヒーを飲むところもありません。 ④部屋の掃除は最悪でポットの中は汚く湯を沸かしたらお茶の葉っぱなど汚い色のお湯になりました。また洗面付近も髪の毛がたくさん落ちており最悪です。 総評:ここは五つ星ホテルでなく三つ星ホテルクラスです。とても日航ホテルとは思えない最悪です。
