"An absolute gem! The location was perfect, everything within walking distance, no car needed. The room was clean, well-equipped, and our family room even had a handy kitchenette for simple meals. The rooftop terrace was a lovely spot for quiet evenings, and the small pool was clean and refreshing. Everything was exactly as advertised. La Désirade is a fantastic choice for a peaceful getaway, I highly recommend Hotel Oasis! "

"The hotel was centrally located in the downtown area. Easy to shop and eat. The hotel was adorable, clean and comfortable. I loved the rooftop deck in the evening relaxing with my tea. The front desk was over the top helpful and to them I am grateful for all their help."

Sinon, l'appartement (ou plutôt la grande chambre) est très bien. Propre et bien équipé. L'hôtel offre plusieurs services, mais vous n'aurez pas accès à tout si vous n'avez pas le bracelet approprié. "The unit was right above the bar and other entertainment common areas. It was loud till around 22:00. The hotel animator was loud and overdone. Other than that, the ocean front was very shallow on the entire beach. Good for kids. Our hosts were excellent and very helpful. The unit was spacious and clean and very comfortable. Choose local off site restaurants rather than the buffet."

"The apartment was in good condition but it was unexpected not to have windows (other than a shuttered one in the kitchen to the inner foyer area). And the listing clearly says microwave (there wasn’t one) and laundry facilities (there were but not for guest access). That last was a huge issue but with a lot of pressure we were given access to the washer/dryer. "

"The hotel is small, relatively new and built around a pleasant patio and small pool. Our balcony overlooked these. The hotel is about 2km from the closest beach and good restaurants so a car, while not essential, makes the trips more manageable."
