"Chambre et literie confortables. Dommage que la climatisation soit dans...la salle de bain. Pour ce qui est de l'accueil, à revoir : 4 appels avec impossibilité de laisser un message. Pas de réponse aux messages envoyés sur hotels.com. C'est plutôt à l'établissement de s'enquérir sur les difficultés du client, et non pas en envoyant automatiquement des Sms indiquant que l'accueil est fermé..."
