Séjour agréable, la literie est très confortable, les chambres très spacieuses et agréables et le personnel très accueillant. En revanche, nous avons noté quelques soucis de propreté (lorsque j'ai voulu donner un bain à mon fils, de la vase est remonté de la bonde de fond qui ne semblait pas avoir été nettoyée depuis un long moment). Dommage pour un 4* ... D'autre part, quand nous avons voulu prendre nos douches samedi matin, impossible d'avoir de l'eau chaude. Lorsque nous en parlons à l'accueil, on nous répond que les chaudières se sont mises en sécurité et qu'ils attendent l'intervention d'ENGIE (il est 10h30 du matin). Le personnel de l'accueil n y étant pour rien, nous ne faisons pas de commentaires mais trouvons déplorable que, pour un 4*, la direction ne pense même pas à nous faire un petit geste commercial pour la "toilette de chat" à l'eau froide que nous avons fait le samedi matin (nous sommes en plein hiver et il fait -2*) Nous attendons de voir si il y aura un retour de leur part à la reprise de la semaine.
