"Clean, light room. The staff were outstanding, especially Marta. She went above and beyond to help us. We had a pleasant stay."

"What an amazing historic property right in the centre of the old walled city! Restaurant in the centuries-okd refectory served wonderful local food and wines at lunch and dinner. Underground night bar is a hidden gem to find. Parking quirky but so very convenient once you find it!"

"Strategic for my onward travel, staff excellent. Bed Very uncomfortable. Walls thin, could hear every conversation and pipework. Not many options for breakfast but was nice."

"Weird experience. The check in lady acted as if it was her first day on the job and he didn't know what to do with us. Room was very basic. One long pillow for two people to share. There was half inch of dust on both night stands by the bed. No mini fridge or tea/coffee maker in the room. for some reason a housekeeper knocked at our door at 9:30 am. Listing says continental breakfast included. I would say, breakfast was non existent. Again, when we inquire about breakfast in the morning, the lady at the desk had no idea what to do with us. It took her 10 minutes to talk to someone else and issue us 2 vouchers for tea/coffee and a pastry at the adjacent bar. The only good thing was free parking right by the entrance."

"Upgraded to a room with a balcony, friendly staff,room a good size and well equipped. Excellent restaurant. Parking okay though little space outside, underground car park fine. Easy to find off A5. Interesting area for non golfers, colonies of Griffon vultures nearby and short drive to Monfrague national park. Would definitely stay again "

"The room was very spacious and bright. We had a dog with us. The hotel provided a bed, dishes and a treat for our pet. The shower was huge and had great pressure!"
