Arrivée autonome avec boîte à clé, explications très claires et faciles. Francesco est très réactif lors de nos échanges sur WhatsApp. Il y a un ascenseur ce qui est pratique pour les valises. Nous étions dans la chambre 1. La chambre est propre et très jolie avec un décor sobre et raffiné. Mention spéciale pour la salle de bain avec une douche moderne propre et qui dispose de plusieurs fonctions de jets de douche c’est très appréciable et très relaxant après une longue journée de marche. Il n’y avait pas de balcon mais pas nous n’en avons pas ressenti le besoin. Aucun bruit provenant de la rue qui est calme. La literie est excellente on y dort très bien. Il y a un mini refregitateur, une bouilloire et une machine à café avec dosettes mais un bar est à l’angle pour le petit déjeuner et les cafés sont excellents. Très bien situé au cœur du centre ville avec plusieurs commerces et restaurants. La gare La Spezia est à 10 minutes à pied Je recommande à 100%
