Staff is very friendly. Hotel is very different from any other hotel I have stayed in. I enjoyed it. Easy walk everywhere and very safe day or night. Walk to train or boat for Cinque Terra trips without paying the high price for hotels in the towns. I love La Spezia

Near 5 towns (cinque Terra)

There is a grocery store and restaurant near by. She does luggage storage and check in before 10pm. She takes cc. The owner is so nice and kind. Rooms are huge for Europe and have beds for the kiddos if needed. She has a hot water water maker and there is a night light, heater a ac. The location is close enough to the train station but a little bit of a walk. There is also a free coffee and tea with a mini snack breakfast made to order

Room at Birillio Hotel La Spezia

Birillio Hotel La Spezia Very good location, perfect for my purpose. Receptionist very helpful and thoughtful in her communication with me as a hotel guest. As with most hotels only criticism small pieces of soap irritating to use also sachets of shower soap dreadful to open and use.. ; cleaners were evident very early in morning, difficult to relax; finally size of shower room slightly miserable, probably could have been designed slightly larger within overall room space. Thank you

Decent location and the staff were friendly but the actual room was poor. Felt like the whole hotel was run down. In the room there was paint and plaster falling off the wall and doesn't seem like any basic maintenance has happened for many years.

The picture of the room accommodations was no where near accurate. The room was small, very old, shower curtains that were torn, bathroom only large enough for 1 person. hardly room to move around in the room. The hotel was VERY noisy. The staff tried to be as accommodating as possible.

L'albergo è posizionato in località centrale A pochi minuti dalla stazione dei treni ed è vicinissimo a negozi, ristoranti, musei e al lungomare. La mia camera era molto silenziosa. Un po' piccola per due, ma io ero sola e quindi per me è andata bene Pulizia ottima. Personale gentilissimo e accogliente. No colazione, purtroppo. Ma ho potuto avere comunque il mio cappuccino (anche caffè e thè). In camera c'era anche un bollitore. (importantissimo per me). L;'edificio è buon po' vecchiotto, ma, per chi è in vacanza, non è poi così importante. Per me, almeno. Lo sceglierei di nuovo

Séjour la spezia

Un peu onereux par rapport au confort de la chambre. Les photos sur internet ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Salle de bain : une seule lumière au plafond les autres ne fonctionnaient pas. Pas de petit dejeuner. Sinon bon accueil et bien situé au centre de la Spezia.

Bra hotell för priset. Ganska bra läge (det ligger inte riktigt i centrum eller så, men nära nog att man kan ta sig runt till affärer, restauranger, barer och tågstationen till fots), frukosten var gratis vilket var fantastiskt (mest sötsaker men fanns även yoghurt, lite flingor och små smärgåsar. Frukosten varierade lite varje dag) och personalen var fantastisk och väldigt hjälpsamma.

El baño más pequeño que vi

Las instalaciones son bastante viejas y la limpieza deja bastante que desear. En la descripción pone que hay posibilidad de parking pero en realidad el servicio de parking hay que reservarlo días antes. El baño es estremamente pequeño que creo que no cumple con ninguna normativa. Los colchones y las almohadas son bastantes viejos y en un estado de desgaste considerable. Las paredes no están muy aisladas así que se oye todo lo que pasa en los pasillos y en las habitaciones. Por cierto en nuestro pasillo no había luz, supongo que se quemo la bombilla y no la arreglaron. El desayuno esta bien
