Thi property is convenience, 1 mi ute walk from la Spezia Centrale and within walking distance to shops, port, San Georgio castle... the staff is very attentive to anything you need, place is cozy, very clean and safe.

Really convenient for the train station. When I first went into the building stairwell to go to the property I was wondering what I had done, but once inside it was really nice, well presented and comfortable room.

The apartment was beautifully renovated and spacious. Location very central, just by the central railway station. Cleaning was perfect and the cleaner very kind. We were very happy with our stay.

* Room was in good size and clean. * You need to bring your own cup because they don't provide any cup. * Check in was not convenient. This property doesn't have front desk. We contacted the property several days before arrival. They sent us the keypad codes for entrances. But one of the entrance code doesn't work. After contact them through the email they provided on the wall and waited for a while somebody came and opened door for us and gave us the correct code.

Very nice room and close to the train station and restaurants. Only problem we had was getting entry into our accommodations. There’s no desk area and the communications to the management was not working. We waited in the rain for about an hour, then decided to make other accommodations. The manager showed up at that time, very apologetic and let us in. From that point on our stay was great.

The location was amazing. It was a 2 minute walk from the train station and 2 minute walk from city centre that has all the shops/restaurants. The room had amazing shower and air conditioning and the staff were super helpful. I highly recommend this room for 2 people
