"The pictures that are shown on the website are not the same when we walked to the place. The room was not ready. The young gentleman on the registration window was kind and apologetic about the situation. He wanted us to go to another room that has one bed when we reserved two beds. Apparently the place is in renovation and a company fumigated the area were our room was located. When we asked to cancel that reservation that we will look for another place, he asked us if we could wait for 15-20 minutes and he will have a room ready for us. He prepared the room himself and we stayed there. "

"The rooms were clean, the staff vary friendly, breakfast was excellent, parking excellent, the room was vary expensive, vary noisy at night all night, the hotel third part booking said that holiday express had complimentary pets up to two included in the price, when booked, it was supposed to cost under $300.00 for three nights including our dog and ended up costing $547.00 instead, make sure you call them and check before you show up for the surprise."

"The sheets were dirty, there was a leak in the bathroom roof also there was a fight in the parking lot I didn't like the fact of charging me $100 deposit without letting me know ahead of time I won't come back to this place"

"This property was extremely unsanitary. The alarm was covered in plastic bags. The bathroom was not cleaned and toilet seat had brown waste. Furniture was ripped. But most disgusting was the hair and mucus stuff in pur sheets. I strongly suggest that you stay away this hotel. "
