Hotels near Van Buren Drive-In Theatre

"The pictures that are shown on the website are not the same when we walked to the place. The room was not ready. The young gentleman on the registration window was kind and apologetic about the situation. He wanted us to go to another room that has one bed when we reserved two beds. Apparently the place is in renovation and a company fumigated the area were our room was located. When we asked to cancel that reservation that we will look for another place, he asked us if we could wait for 15-20 minutes and he will have a room ready for us. He prepared the room himself and we stayed there. "

"This was a very inconvenient place to stay. There were issues after issues. When we first arrived to the hotel, there wasn’t any staff at the front desk. We waited about 20 minutes for staff to arrive and assist us in checking in along with others. Second, we entered the room and wanted to watch TV. We checked everywhere but could not find the remote control. I immediately called staff to assist but they told us they can assist in 30 minutes because they didn’t know what to do. They never assisted us in getting a TV remote. I reported to the front desk manager the next morning. They provided us with a remote but it didn’t work. Furthermore, our card would not scan through our door after multiple attempts of getting it reactivated at the front desk. Additionally, I couldn’t connect to the wifi during my stay. Overall, customer service was not good and we had a very bad experience at this hotel due to the inconvenience."

"The sheets were dirty, there was a leak in the bathroom roof also there was a fight in the parking lot I didn't like the fact of charging me $100 deposit without letting me know ahead of time I won't come back to this place"

"A great historic hotel. Very cool and definitely not another courtyard by Marriott. It is historic, grand, quirky and comfortable. I loved it, but not for people who like modern luxury or a standard, i know where everything is type of hotel Loved it"

"The hotel is under construction and there is a lot of debris in parking spaces and surrounding the building. "

"If you need somewhere to spend the night and no other places are available, then you're in luck as this is that place. Obvious stains in the furniture, TV won't work, and worst of all the people the place attracts. I felt the need to look at my surroundings 24/7 before I managed to get to my room. Wouldn't recommend the place if you're going alone."

"Black mold ,cockroaches ,hot tub had bugs come crawling from behing the wall tile and blood spatter on the sheets floor and bathroom door this is not a joke see for yourself and i couldnt even get a refund "
