"Room was very clean. Food in the restaurant was delicious. The service wasn’t the greatest but they were really busy. We had to ask to order food. My only complain would be the tv in the room had no netflix or app choices, it was regular tv. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and plan to return. "

"We liked the hotel very much indeed. It’s got a great location up on the hill, and the staff were incredibly friendly. My one complaint is that the wine fridge in the room was the wrong temperature. It was much too warm for white wine, but then it also chilled the red wine so that then ended up being at the wrong temperature! Related to this, the larger mini fridge in the room was also much too hot, it hardly chilled the soft drinks. So all in all, it was difficult to get a glass of cold white wine in the room! Anyway, not a big deal and overall I really liked the hotel, and the staff for especially friendly and hospitable. We absolutely love the valle de Guadalupe and thoroughly recommend it. We also much enjoyed Bruma, which we stayed at a couple of nights before, I would check that one out as well if you can."
