"The residence is in a quiet peaceful location reached via a windy hillly road. In the 4 nights we stayed in early September, we saw, from the large windows of our rooms, clear views of the hills and mountain, starry nights, misty cloudy views and even a lightening show. All spectacular. The two rooms were spacious enough and clean to our liking, affordable, the staff friendly and Chamonix a half hour drive away. "

"To say that the photographs of the apartment were misleading would be a misuse of the term. Totally mis-representational would be more appropriate (it was a completely different space). On arrival, there was no-one there to give us keys and no-one answered the phone when we tried repeatedly to call. "This is the 4th time we have stayed at this hotel - it gets better every time. The staff are great. The location is perfection. The amenities are brilliant. It was my daughter’s birthday when we arrived Daniella and her team pulled together balloons and decorations as well as a cake to celebrate. We also had a session at BAM, the inhouse karaoke booths. Brilliant and hilarious in equal measure. We just love it. One recommendation, for those of you driving, the hotel car park is tight and expensive. Try the car park just before the round about as you enter Chamonix. Cheaper if you buy a monthly pass (54 euros) than the 28 euros a night at the hotel. If I had one comment, the restaurant closes at 2pm which was problematic because we wanted to eat a slightly later lunch and the food there is amazing. So just one area of improvement but honestly tiny! Other than that, stay here it’s wonderful ❤️"
