If you enter from the parking lot on arrival you will need to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs. It is located close to most places in town with short distance walks. "

On the front, there's some convenient tables and chairs to enjoy the pleasant scenery. Unfortunately, there's one BIG con: the only window in the room is the upper part of the main door (it's a splitted door) with no curtains, which means no privacy at all if you want to keep the window open.
