"We didn’t use the pool; however, the gentleman at the front desk in the mornings spoke good English and he was able to help us get our clothes washed and dried for a fee which was most helpful. The two ladies who greeted us when we arrived in the afternoon were very friendly and welcoming. The housekeeper did an excellent job at keeping the room clean. "I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, right in front of Granada’s beautiful Central Park, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The selection and presentation could be a little more inviting. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again."
