Une fois la rĂ©servation faite, j'ai essayĂ© d'appeler l'hotel pour m'assurer que quelquâun pouvait nous recevoir une demie-heure plus tard. Personne ne nous a repondu.
Nous n'avons pas pu bénéficier de notre nuit d'hotel.
J'ai appelé le lendemain matin pour demander le remboursement vu l'impossibilité de séjourner.
Le propriétaire affirme qu'il me rembourserait et ensuite il n'y a rien qui se...
