Avoid this hotel

This hotel is in an appalling state and should be avoided. I did not stay there though prepaid. AC did not work in the room. The whole hotel smelled of chemicals. Carpets threadbare. No investment in recent times. Photographs on hotels.com website totally misleading. I will be asking for a full refund and if not provided them will escalate to booking agents CEO. They should delist this hotel.

Parking très facile d'accès... chambre simple mais confortable... Petit déjeuner varié et copieux. T Excellent accueil à la réception. Un immense MERCI particulier à la cuisine , qui malgré mon arrivée tardive à cause d'énormes bouchons sur l'autoroute , a accepté de me servir un dîner à quelques minutes de sa fermeture!

Ottima camera il bagno invece era nella media non particolarmente bello il tutto, però pulito . Colazione buona abbastanza variegata, parcheggio facile sotto la struttura in totale un rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono. A circa 10 km da Parma.

Corretto il rapporto qualità prezzo: prezzo decisamente conveniente, stanze decisamente spartane, anche se pulite. Tuttavia: - dal telefono in camera (di anteguerra) pare impossibile chiamare la reception, che invece risponde chiamando da fuori - pur in ambito di estrema economia, aggiungere nella colazione anche yogurt magro (chiedere quello vegetale forse sarebbe troppo), oltre a quello intero, non sarebbe uno sforzo eccessivo, credo; lo avevo chiesto nel mio precedente soggiorno e mi avevano risposto in maniera estremamente asciutta "non c'è" - sempre in economia, forse ci potrebbe stare anche un materasso migliore
