"When we checked in, the shower rod in our bathroom was already broken. A maintenance worker came and fixed it, but later that night it broke again and crashed down with a very loud noise. The next morning, when I tried to take a shower, there was no hot water at all. I contacted the front desk, and they informed me that maintenance would not be available until 9:30 AM. They also said there were no spare rooms available where we could shower and get ready. Overall, this was a very frustrating and disappointing experience, especially considering basic room functionality and guest comfort should be ensured."

"The staff was efficient and helpful at all times. Breakfast was the standard hotel fair with eggs, meat, oatmeal, breads, waffles. The room was large and comfortable but the couch smelled of dog."
