"Very friendly and helpful staff. Fran explained all at check in, and gave a few restaurant recommendations, along with bus links to go further afield. The Number 1 bus is a 20 minute ride to the'Old Town' from nearby (mere minutes by foot) Las Canteras beach. Thoroughly recommended. "

"My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. Everything – from the décor to the cleanliness – was at the highest standard. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. You can really see the attention to detail, which makes guests feel truly cared for. Food: The food at the hotel deserves special praise. Every meal was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. There’s a wide variety of dishes to choose from, so everyone can find something they enjoy. Breakfasts were rich and diverse, and dinners felt like a real culinary experience. Service: The staff were outstanding – polite, professional, and always ready to help. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and do everything with a smile. Thanks to them, the whole stay was extremely pleasant. Summary: This hotel truly deserves the highest rating. "The best thing about this hotel is the staff and the food. The property is a lovely art deco style building that needs some updating but the rooms are spacious and the views of the port are great. The third time we have stayed here, the buffet breakfast is great with a nice selection and the food in the bar is great too. Staff are always so friendly and accommodating. Close to bus connections, easy walk to Triana where there is a great selection of shops and restaurants. Kids love the pool on the roof terrace although it was a bit windy during our stay so we didn’t spend too much time there. "
