"Yes, I did send review directly at hotel when there Room spotlessly clean, bed v.comfy, staff very courteous, friendly. Felt at home. Alexis attended to needs of kettle/teabags (there was coffee machine) and that heating settings were right. Helpful lady next morning had been briefed I needed assistance "

"We stayed here for 1 night before returning home from holiday.First time in a Kyriad Hotel.Parking was good. Room clean and modern. Lovely shower room and separate toilet. Tea and coffee facilities good. Staff very friendly.Unfortunately the restaurant and bar were closed and we planned to have dinner there not knowing this. There was only a Burger King nearby which didn't appeal. So after driving around the area we ended up eating in The Novotel Hotel.It should be stated on booking about the times of restaurant openings. "

"Staff very helpful in ordering Pizza for us as restaurant not open Sundays. The only drawback was having to wait an hour for reception to open at 6.30pm"
