"Our room had a balcony overlooking the canyon and in all our years of travel we’ve never had a more amazing view from a room balcony. Pay the few extra dollars for the view. It’s worth every penny. The place is clean, and the rooms are nice. The jetted bathtub was wonderful but when you showered water tended to go onto the floor.
Lots of shelves and closet space.
When we return to Cuenca, we will definitely stay here again. Great value."

"Not easy to park street, but I was lucky to park in front of the hotel and I did not move my car for two days, just in case. It's 10-15 minutes from the core of the city, depending how fast you walk. For the price, I think it was excellent. Breakfast was more than I need (but I am Italian: I have a very small breakfast). Personnel is really nice and helpful, although not always present. The only thing I did not like was the pillow: very hard for my taste."
