"When we checked in on Monday Sept. 8th it was the worst check-in experience i have ever had. I stood in line close to one hour with only 2 people ahead of me. The lone employee actually left us alone, as he went upstairs to room 1303 to help with a clogged drain, it was unbelievable. The coffee in the lobby also had LOTS of grounds in it. But.......Edmund Vaughan made it all disappear, he made a terrible situation the night before instantly disappear with the way he helped us, offering us several different solutions. Fowzia at the front desk was also superb in her getting us to Edmund, and just being a great help (and person) to us, in a tough situation."
"Our room was on the 9th floor northeast corner with a beautiful view of The President building and east overlook the interstate and downtown. Room temperature was comfortable. We will go again "
