"You pay for a room with the balcony and slide door didn’t get it. My floor had no ice machines working. They were all out of order. The bathtub had no grips on the bottoms you would slide all over the place and even fall. I will not go back I will not attend ever again."

"Convenient location for 1 night when connecting flights. Staff was very nice, and beds were comfortable but the carpet in the hallway was pretty filthy and the rooms could use an update. Otherwise it was just fine for our needs."

"Parking is awful. Front Staff not helpful at all, parking staff were very informative. Beds were very comfortable and clean. Bathroom was nice nothing fancy, but still adequate. Windows on the 5th floor were filthy, like just shut the drapes because the view of the filth was bad. We got in from our conference at 11pm, the entire ground floor was closed now and not 1 area offered drinks, there was a beautiful full bar and nobody workimg it. For the price you pay these are expectations you have. Plus side was the cleaning staff we're phenomenal. We wont choose this property again all in all. "
