"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed the overall experience. The room was extremely clean, well maintained, and very comfortable throughout my stay. Everything was arranged perfectly, and the housekeeping standards were excellent. It made me feel relaxed and comfortable from the moment I entered the room. The hotel staff were incredibly kind, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. Their supportive attitude and warm hospitality made the stay even more special. Whenever I needed assistance or had any questions, the team responded quickly and professionally. It is clear that customer satisfaction is very important to them. The breakfast was also one of the highlights of my stay. There was a good variety of delicious food, and everything was fresh and well prepared. The dining staff were attentive, friendly, and maintained the restaurant area very nicely. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. "Located is great, rooms are clean and nice size.. But rooms are loud.. if anyone is above you, you can hear them distinctly. Had to call down multiple times.. kids jumping, stomping.. it echoed loudly.. during the day was fine but by night it was annoying.. "

"Great location - close to the main shopping arcade. Rooms were clean and decent size. Staff were great. The public onsen was nice but smaller for the size of the hotel. Unfortunately, due to the lack of consideration for other guests from parents, there was an intolerable amount of noisy children who were treating the onsen as a swimming pool. "

"Great onsen hotel near the Beppu station. No shoes allowed in the hotel which is unique. 7 private onsens plus public baths were available. Free ramen is provided for supper. There’s massage chairs available for use too. Very comfortable stay except light in room is by sensor which is rather annoying. But all in all, still enjoyed my stay and will look to stay here if I ever come back"
