"Rent the bikes at the front of the hotel! Kyoto is a bike able city and this was amazing (cost was 2,000 yen/day. Room small by North American standards but efficient and nice. Bed very comfortable and bathroom nice. Had breakfast (25$ pp) buffet - was great. Strongly recommend buying coffee and bread in bakery in the lobby. Divine. "
