We absolutely loved our time at Tsubaki Ann Kyoto. It's a marvellous traditional house with amazing furnishings along with hi-tech facilities. One of my favourite things was feeding the beautiful fish! Akira (the owner) and his lovely team made us so welcome that we felt like family. Nothing was too much trouble and they were so helpful in explaining everything about the house. There is a lot of useful information on the local area too, which helped us plan our time exploring Kyoto. We would love to stay again in the future - we really wanted to spend longer enjoying the house and there is so much to see in Kyoto which has been one of my favourite cities to visit.
