Basic property. Limited breakfast options. My partner became unwell after eating the scrambled eggs. Looks like leftovers from the day before are reheated. Based on this, would not recommend despite the hotel being in a decent location.

Smartly designed and with innovative features that will impress, e.g. shower head built directly into the ceiling and amazing lighting system; window screens make you feel like you are staying in a traditional japanese lodging. Suite had a smart tv where for the first time I could link my own netflix account. English guides for the tv. Bathroom sink was separate from the the shower/bathtub and part of the bedroom - a really interesting and fancy design choice. Gym had a treadmill with an entertainment system where you can mirror cast your phone. Breakfast choices a bit limited with the usual western and traditional Jap breakfast of dashi rice. Everything seems to have been designed in a well thought out way from the lobby bathroom to the lobby garden and the hotel suite. They even have a detachable torch under a tv cabinet that lights up automatically when you take it out.
