"真的非常不推薦這間民宿！房間空間小到連行李都很難打開，床也只是加大單人床卻要兩個人共睡，住宿舒適度非常差。更讓人傻眼的是民宿室內竟然設有監視器，入住前完全沒有清楚告知，對於住宿隱私來說真的非常扣分。我們一行十人入住六天，但民宿提供的基本備品（衛生紙、毛巾）明顯不足，最後還需要自己外出購買。洗衣機壞掉向民宿反映後也沒有任何處理，導致毛巾無法清洗。當時民宿表示可以使用倉庫的備用毛巾，結果退房後卻又向我們追討毛巾費用，前後說法完全不一致，讓人感覺非常不舒服另外退房時還被要求把房間恢復成剛入住的樣子，連玄關處有腳印也說我們弄髒，幾乎等於要房客自己打掃。花錢住宿卻要遵守這種規定，實在讓人很難理解。如果只是空間小或設備普通也就算了，但連基本服務與處理事情的方式都讓人失望。完全不會再考慮入住，也不會推薦任何朋友，其他旅客訂房務必三思請不要來"

"The property was clean and comfortable and felt safe. We had some trouble accessing the key because of the language barrier, but once we realized the Union flag at the top of the instructions was a tab to translate to English, everything was clear. "サッポロビール園から歩けるのが気に入りました。両親と子供2人の3世帯で旅行でしたが、子供用の食器も用意されていて嬉しかったです。 3階でエレベーターもすぐ来るし、降りるだけなら階段も使えたのがよかったです。ショッピングセンターからも近くて便利でした。駐車場もすぐ近くに安いところがあったので敷地内になくても問題ないと感じました。"

"We stayed in the 2-bedroom apartment with two adults and two small children. It is super spacious (163 m²), over two floors, with three bathrooms including a huge onsen-style bath for the whole family, and a well-equipped kitchen. Amazing location close to Koko bakery for croissants and Rhythm for great Allpress coffee in the mornings. Very close to lots of restaurants, a cheesecake stand, and two mini-markets. "밤늦게 피곤한 상태로 체크인 했는데 Sato 직원이 룸까지 짐을 옮겨주고 친절하게 객실 설명을 해주어 좋은 첫인상을 가지게 되었어요. 전통있는 호텔인지 요즘 모던한 호텔과는 다른 시간의 흐름과 따스함이 느껴지기도 해요. 조식 포함된 숙박을 선택했는데 래스토랑을 선택할 수 있는 옵션도 맘에 들었어요. 1층 부페도 좋았지만 일식 레스토랑은 여유있고 멋진 분위기에서 서비스를 받을 수 있었던 점이 다른 호텔과 차별되는 장점 같아요. 스스키노와 삿포로역 중간 정도라 위치도 좋고 다음에 삿포로에 오면 다시 숙박하고 싶어요~"

"We had an amazing stay at the Sheraton Grand Hiroshima and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Hiroshima. Everything was flawless from check-in to check-out. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. It had every amenity we could possibly need, including purified drinking water in the room. We also appreciated that they even provided a luggage scale, which was incredibly helpful before the next flight if anyone needs it. The location is excellent—just a 3-minute walk from Hiroshima Station, making it easy to get around the city and beyond. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and were able to arrange luggage forwarding to our next hotel, which made our trip so much more convenient. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located hotel with outstanding service, I highly recommend the Sheraton Grand Hiroshima. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!"

"Everything was excellent. I was amazed how clean our room was and modern design. I really enjoyed our stayed. The price was very reasonable. The only problem we had is difficulty finding the hotel. We lost few times and had to ask direction. The hotel was located in front of the temple on the google map, but we couldn't locate the temple. Despite the problem finding the hotel, I still highly recommend this hotel. I will book this hotel for future Sapporo stay."
