"A top place to stay in Hirafu, Niseko. Excellent location, and staff could not be more helpful and assisting. Studio room 402 has great views up towards the ski slopes. Modern and well equipped, I would choose to stay here again."

"This was a great little place to ski and stay in Niseko. Very central to all the things in Hirafu. It’s about a 10-15 min walk to the ski lift but still great. The staff were super helpful in helping us get a ride to the airport in Chitose when we got stuck without a rental car that we were expecting. Great stay. Would stay here again."

"We stayed in the 2-bedroom apartment with two adults and two small children. It is super spacious (163 m²), over two floors, with three bathrooms including a huge onsen-style bath for the whole family, and a well-equipped kitchen.
Amazing location close to Koko bakery for croissants and Rhythm for great Allpress coffee in the mornings. Very close to lots of restaurants, a cheesecake stand, and two mini-markets. It's just a short walk up the hill to .base, and even closer to the family...

"Super friendly staff and the breakfast was delicious - we had the Japanese breakfast on one day and the buffet the other day. The room was very clean and they helped us bring our suitcases to our room which was very helpful. The hotel is also very close to a lot of sites we wanted to visit as well as transit options which was great. I would definitely stay here again!"
"The location was super convenient and the view was superb. I love how it was next to the park and the Sapporo TV tower.
The staff was all friendly, and the rooms were clean. There were no TVs so it is nice to use our free time to explore the city, enjoy the live entertainments, and relax here. The coin laundry is a washer/dryer so it takes about 2hrs for a regular cycle (that is if the person picks their clothes up on time).
Overall, the location, room and staff was wonderful. Would recommend this hotel!"
"Bed was quite comfortable, but several large pillows. The bathtub was massive, perfect for a long bath after a long travel day. The highlight, though, was the well equipped gym. It is one of the better hotel gyms we’ve ever used."
"breakfast can get very crowded. need to be early.
not generous with the fresh pastries.
also not enough washing machines for the whole hotel, many nights spent up to 1/2am waiting for availability"
"Randor hotel heritage was clean, spacious, and close to the train station (~6-7 minutes of walking) Check in was smooth and they kept my luggage when I checked out for over one day upon request, which was nice as I didn’t need to look for external luggage storage services. One thing I would note that there was a communication issue about luggage storage and staff came up in the morning of the check out day to my room thinking that they would pick up the luggage from me directly. While it was a nice gesture, I wasn’t prepared for the unexpected door knocking and I was getting ready.
Overall I would recommend this hotel."
"The hotel is overall well managed and kept. Great location in a pretty and peaceful setting. A bit far from shopping district but only 15 mins walk. The only complaint is the Japanese style breakfast on 11F is a bit slow and the service is not as good."
