"This was a great little place to ski and stay in Niseko. Very central to all the things in Hirafu. It’s about a 10-15 min walk to the ski lift but still great. The staff were super helpful in helping us get a ride to the airport in Chitose when we got stuck without a rental car that we were expecting. Great stay. Would stay here again."

It is super spacious (163 m²), over two floors, with three bathrooms including a huge onsen-style bath for the whole family, and a well-equipped kitchen. Amazing location close to Koko bakery for croissants and Rhythm for great Allpress coffee in the mornings. Very close to lots of restaurants, a cheesecake stand, and two mini-markets. It's just a short walk up the hill to .base, and even closer to the family...

"真的非常不推薦這間民宿！ 房間空間小到連行李都很難打開，床也只是加大單人床卻要兩個人共睡，住宿舒適度非常差。 更讓人傻眼的是民宿室內竟然設有監視器，入住前完全沒有清楚告知，對於住宿隱私來說真的非常扣分。 我們一行十人入住六天，但民宿提供的基本備品（衛生紙、毛巾）明顯不足，最後還需要自己外出購買。 洗衣機壞掉向民宿反映後也沒有任何處理，導致毛巾無法清洗。 當時民宿表示可以使用倉庫的備用毛巾，結果退房後卻又向我們追討毛巾費用，前後說法完全不一致，讓人感覺非常不舒服 另外退房時還被要求把房間恢復成剛入住的樣子，連玄關處有腳印也說我們弄髒，幾乎等於要房客自己打掃。 花錢住宿卻要遵守這種規定，實在讓人很難理解。 如果只是空間小或設備普通也就算了，但連基本服務與處理事情的方式都讓人失望。 完全不會再考慮入住，也不會推薦任何朋友 ，其他旅客訂房務必三思 請不要來"

"6살 아이랑 타고가요 가지고 다니면서 잘 여행했음. 방이 깨끗하고 비교적 넓고 무엇보다 대욕장이 넓고 쾌적함. 위치는 삿포로역에서 멀지는 않지만 엄청 가깝지는 않음. 장단점이 있는 거리. 코너에 위치한 트리플룸이었는데 아주 만족함. 라운지는 큰 기대를 하지 않고 갔고 중간에 시간 때울 정도. 토리톤스시/아리오 삿포로 에 걸어서 갈 수 있었음. 직원들이 친절했고 의사소통이 잘 되었음. 조식도 홋카이도 음식으로 먹기에 부족함이 없었음."
