"The property was clean and comfortable and felt safe. We had some trouble accessing the key because of the language barrier, but once we realized the Union flag at the top of the instructions was a tab to translate to English, everything was clear. Several areas could be improved on. The parking space was very tight, so that one had to park so close to the next car on one side that you could only exit the car on the other side. This may be a common problem in Sapporo, but a few more feet of...

"A top place to stay in Hirafu, Niseko. Excellent location, and staff could not be more helpful and assisting. Studio room 402 has great views up towards the ski slopes. Modern and well equipped, I would choose to stay here again."

"Extremely nice apartment style place to stay. The shuttles were very convenient and not too far away from the resort. Really easy walk to the konbinis and restaurants."

"It was the perfect find for a late night arrival in Hokkaido. Also appreciated the tip from the venue on the convenience of the express bus. We were a little uneasy with the instructions and whether we could actually access the room, but ultimately everything worked as intended. Itโs quite narrow but perfect for 2 people. Lots of conbini and food options nearby, including a fantastic ramen shop an 8 minute walk away (open until 2am), where we had one of our favorite meals on the trip."

"Breakfast is 2600 yen if you buy the day of. it was made freah daily with access to the buffet of salad, rice, sausage, bacon, salmon, grilled vegetables, baked goods and drinks. it may sound steep but my friend and I filled up and were good for the day. only needing something light for lunch. Taking into account what coffee costs at cafes, we felt it qas great value. Staff are super friendly and helpful too. Room is typical Japanese sized room. it was nice to be able to put our luggage under the beds."
"Excellent location, very helpful staff especially the guest relations lady Hareda who gave us useful directions on local tours and surrounding areas. Highly recommended."
"Convenient location and a really nice onsen. It gets very crowded, it has a very small gym, and only 3 combination washer/dryers for the entire building. The laundry can get really lined up as a regular sized load takes 2 hours to complete, and may not be fully dry.
The breakfast has a good selection, but the food is average buffet food. The noise really carries in the hotel as well, we could hear the people speaking clearly from the next room while we were trying to sleep. "
"Beautiful, new hotel with a very spacious bedroom. Great amenities. The only downside is that they don't allow tattooed persons to bathe in the Onsen. Still, would highly recommend."
"Everything about the ANA Crowne Plaza in Sapporo is excellent. Quiet, comfortable rooms. Even the elevators were quick, accessible and very quiet. Excellent water pressure, comfortable firm mattresses. Wifi was great. Staff was very friendly. Very close to everything I wanted to see and buy."
