"This is the perfect little single room efficiency with kitchenette and full bath. Itโs small but would be perfect for a single or couple who rented a car or otherwise has transportation and wants to experience Niseko. There no much in walking distance but a whole lot in a few miles drive. "

"The property was clean and comfortable and felt safe. We had some trouble accessing the key because of the language barrier, but once we realized the Union flag at the top of the instructions was a tab to translate to English, everything was clear. Several areas could be improved on. The parking space was very tight, so that one had to park so close to the next car on one side that you could only exit the car on the other side. This may be a common problem in Sapporo, but a few more feet of...

"Property is only 15mins drive to town area. Place is clean and quiet at night. Free parking is a plus. It would be perfect if the apartment could let us connect TV to wifi so that we could watch Netflix as all the programmes there are in Japanese and we don't understand.
Very pleasant experience overall."

"The manager of the hotel was very organized and checking in/out was seamless. We had been given all the information to our unit so that we could just rest as soon as we arrived. The location is very close to Susukino, Nakajima Park, as well as a short walk to Tanukikoji and Odori Park. There was lots of beds, a bathroom, bidet, kitchen, microwave, and fridge. The wifi and AC was a comfortable luxury while working remotely during my stay."

"This is definitely our favourite hotel in Sapporo. Excellent staff, excellent breakfast, excellent location. You just canโt get better. Rooms are extremely comfortable, with good bedding, and all required amenities. When the room heating gets too hot in winter, you can get staff to open the window slightly. This is extremely helpful. Weโve now stayed here twice, and will return again."
"The reason I chose this hotel was its location right next to the landmark. Using it was a great experience. Above all, I loved how clean and quiet it was. I plan to stay here again next time."
"This is the 2nd time I've stayed here. Same great service as the first time. Friendly helpful staff, clean rooms. Convenient location especially with the underground access to Sapporo Station and the nearby area. I'll be coming back "
